HouseMad Granola

This customer comment says it all: "We ate breakfast at your place and ate (and then bought more of) your incredible granola. I'm now making granola and wish mine were as good as yours."

Ingredients: raw oats, bran flakes, flax seed, brown sugar, canola oil, nuts, cranberries, raisins, coconut - turned and toasted 5 times for thorough toasting.

2 pound minimum $12 + shipping. We ship to all states. Serve with fruit flavored yogurt and bananas as we do in the restaurant.

Snake Valley Honey (not available at this time - hives were hit with recent bee problem)

Pat and Bruce Johnson own a ranch up in Calleo (about 60 miles N of us) and produce honey. The flowers are wild (e.g. cactus) and exotics (fruit trees). We serve it in the restaurant. It is raw, unprocessed.

Ingredients: eggs, butter, raw cocoa, Ghiradelli Dark Chocolate, flour, salt, Amaretto, baking powder, baking soda.

Each brownie is enough for two!
