General Policies

• Pets OK!!
• All facilities are non-smoking including the private garden.

Reservations & Rooms

• Deposits for rooms – 1st night for 1 - 6  days.  For reservations by the week, $100 deposit.
• Deposits for sports rentals & tours - $25
• Cancellation Policy - 48 hours before your 1st reserved day for a refund.
• Checkout – 11 am but we won’t blame you for hanging till noon
• Reservations may be made out to one year in advance. Reservations made out 3+ months, require 2 weeks advance cancellation.
• Please smoke outside of the rooms & Cafe

Privacy & Security

We use certain personal information that you provide to do business with you.  And we share certain personal information with our credit card processing companies to execute transactions.  Neither we nor our business partners will sell, rent, loan, or share your information with any non-business partner, and we only share your information with our business partners to do the necessary business with you that you have initiated.
           
Your credit card transactions are secure as our processor uses SSL Socket security.  When you phone reservations we will ask for your card numbers.
