Silver Jack Inn & LectroLux Cafe and Bar

The cafe takes its name from a vacuum crafted by the former owner.

 The Lectro is no ordinary rural stop. We serve more than brown food...Folks are amazed, draw-dropping amazed to find our eclectic menus. It's what I eat and drink, nothing less!

We grind our French Roast and Columbian beans daily. We use butter in baking and in the fry pans, not grease (funny oils). We have gained a reputation for some of the best pizza and coffee in rural anywhere. Unfortunately rural restaurants and even "coffee shops" have gone to Farmer's and Folgers. We use San Francisco Roasting beans.

You must try our Pecan/Banana pancakes.

American Cheese is not our version of cheese.

We make our own dressings...

"Little did we expect to find the delights of the Silver Jack Inn during our trip to the Great Basin National Park. The food was great. The booze selection was to die for- all my favorites! The room was cozy and quiet. The other guests were friendly. Lots of dogs and cats, too."

Wine and spirits are a hobby and have been in the wine and food business for almost 1/2 my adult years. The wine, beer  & spirits list is what I drink sometimes cheap, sometimes top of the world.

Note the 7 single malt scotches and 5 grappas not to mention the 80 year old Hennessy XO cognac.

We serve absinthe, Ouzo, Pernod, Fernet Branca, Campari, Torani Amar (for the national drink of the Basque people, BASQUE PUNCH).
